Nowy Sztynort - port number 1 in Masuria

Port Nowy Sztynort, located in the heart of the Land of the Great Masurian Lakes by Lake Dargin, is one ofthe most iconic and extensive sailing complexesin Poland, serving as a gateway to the waterway connecting the north and south of the region. It is a modern water center, harmoniously integrated into the historic architecture, drawing from the heritage of the adjacent von Lehndorff family palace. The developed port infrastructure, including numerous docks, allows for the safe mooring of hundreds of yachts, while also providing full logistical support for regattas and kayaking trips. The location of Nowy Sztynort guarantees not only access to open waters but also direct connection to picturesque gravel bike routes that weave through the surrounding forests and lakes, making itthe ideal starting pointfor any type of sporting competition.

The central point of the region is the Great Masurian Lakes Trail, connecting bodies of water such as Śniardwy and Mamry, which are a paradise for sailors and kayakers. Picturesque gravel roads and forest paths, situated on the undulating moraine terrain, provide an ideal playground for gravel challenges. Nature still sets the pace here, and numerous reserves, like Łuknajno (UNESCO), protect rare bird species, offering athletes spectacular, wild landscapes. This region is synonymous with an escape from everyday life – the perfect place to test your strength in the midst of an authentic, watery land.

FIRST GRAVEL TRIATHLON IN MASURIA!!!

The second autumn edition in Masuria with a gravel triathlon and a 21 km trail, which will take place in September, based at the best harbor in the Masurian Lake District - Nowy Sztynort.

It is obvious that the Land of Great Masurian Lakes, with its over 2600 lakes, is an exceptional place for organizing a triathlon. Adding to this, in the opinion of many cyclists, that Masuria is a paradise for gravel riders, results in the perfect recipe for a unique competition.

And that's not all. The autumn edition differs in that on Sunday morning we will start from the Wolf's Lair on a 21-kilometer route to Sztynort.
