VI. DISTANCE AND ROUTE
1. Gravel Triathlon Nowy Sztynort will take place over the following distances in this order:
Distance SGT70
a) Swimming - 1000 m
b) Gravel - 57 km
c) Trail - 10 km
DISTANCE SGT35
a) Swimming - 500 m
b) Gravel - 28 km
c) Trail - 6 km
WILCZY TRAIL
a) Trail - 21 km
2. The cycling route will take place with open road traffic. MTB bikes are also allowed.
3. Competitors must comply with the Traffic Rules. Each competitor must wear a protective helmet.
4. The running course for both running distances is mostly on forest paths, technically not difficult. Mostly marked by trails. The competitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with the route. Competitors will have the opportunity to download the GPS track. The route will be marked at the most critical points. GPS route measurement. The competitor is obliged to adhere to the rules of using the Landscape Park.
5. A competitor on the running and cycling route is required to be equipped with:
a/ Mobile phone (with roaming) with an ICE contact!!!
b / Race number
6. Time limit for completing the competition:
Wilczy Trail - 3 hours
SGT35 - 3.5 hours
SGT70 - 7 hours
7. Technical assistance is allowed during the cycling segment.

VIII. REFRESHMENT POINTS
1. The buffet will be located at the beginning of the running route and after the cycling loop. The buffet will include: water, isotonic drink, bananas, raisins.
IX. PORTABLE TOILETS
1. Toilets will be available at the start location.
X. TIME MEASUREMENT
1. Electronic time measurement will be conducted through a mobile application. Time will be reported live.
XI. GENERAL CLASSIFICATION
1. Classifications for women and men will be awarded for places 1 - 10 in the general classification.
XII. PRIZES
1. The first three male and female competitors will receive commemorative trophies and material prizes.
2. Competitors in places 4 - 10 will receive trophies. Depending on financial capabilities, material prizes will be provided.
3. Every competitor who finishes the competition will receive a commemorative medal (SGT35, SGT70 distance).
XIII. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Individuals may participate in the competition if they are at least 18 years old by the start date and present their identification with a photo and sign a declaration of participation of their own free will and at their own risk.
XIV. ENTRIES
1. Entries for the competition will only be accepted through the official website after registering for the athlete panel on the websitewww.plxtri.com.
2. The deadline for payment of the entry fee is within 7 days from the date of sending the entry form. After this time, the entry will be canceled.
3. After completing the entry form and paying the entry fee, the athlete will be placed on the start list.
4. The date of entry is determined by the date of payment of the entry fee. All costs of the entry fee payment are covered by the payer.
5. Entries will be accepted until 14 days before the start date; after this deadline, adding to the start or reserve list online will not be possible.
XV. ENTRY FEES
1. The following entry fees are established for the competition:
SGT70 DISTANCE:
- By May 31 – 200 PLN
- By July 31 – 250 PLN
- By September 7 – 300 PLN
SGT35 DISTANCE:
- By May 31 – 150 PLN
- By July 31 – 200 PLN
- By September 7 – 250 PLN
Wolf Trail:
- By May 31 – 80 PLN
- By July 31 – 100 PLN
- By September 7 – 150 PLN
2. The organizer establishes a limit of 350 participants..
3. The payment deadline is understood as the date the transfer arrives in the organizer's account. Registration takes place through the organizer's website www.polandextremetriathlon.pl.
4. Payments made via traditional transfer should be directed to the account: KAPF Daniel Wójcik; ul. Morcinka 13a/5; 40-124 Katowice; MBANK 08 1140 2004 0000 3602 4435 6602. The title of the transfer should include "surname and name, entry fee Gravel Triathlon Nowy Sztynort".
5. If a participant withdraws from the competition, the organizer will refund the entry fee reduced by 50% and any discount differences, provided this occurs 30 days before the competition date.
6. The organizer issues VAT invoices only upon request within 7 days from the date of posting the entry fee in the account.

By registering for the competition, the athlete declares that they agree to the issuance and sending of the invoice in electronic form by KAPF representing Holistix Group in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 17, 2010, on the electronic transmission of invoices, the principles of their storage, and the procedure for making them available to the tax authority or tax control authority (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661).

XVII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Personal data of competition participants will be processed for the purpose of conducting the event, determining the winner, and awarding, issuing, receiving, and settling the prize. 2. Personal data of competition participants will be used in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926). The data administrator is the Organizer. 3. The processing of data referred to in paragraph 1 of this section in connection with participation in the competition also includes the publication of the participant's name and surname along with the name of the town where they reside – in any manner in which the project will be published or disseminated. 4. The participant has the right to access their personal data and to correct them. 5. Providing personal data and expressing consent for their processing is voluntary, but failure to provide them or lack of consent for their processing prevents participation in the competition. By submitting a correctly filled out and signed registration form to the Organizer, the participant expresses consent and allows the use of the personal data provided by them for the purpose of sending the participant information about future events, commercial products, as well as for internal administrative and analytical needs, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 33, item 883. The participant has the right to withdraw such consent and may do so at any time by directing correspondence to the Organizer's address. 6. All information about participants obtained by the Organizer and contained in the entry form will be recorded electronically and in every case will be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883. The Organizer will not disclose this information to any third parties.
XVIII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
1. Complaints regarding matters related to the competition must be submitted in writing with justification to the contractor at the address: Holistix Group, ul. Morcinka 13a/5 40-124 Katowice, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the event – either directly or by registered mail (the date of the postal stamp is decisive).
2. The organizer will consider complaints regarding the competition within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
3. The Organizer's decision regarding complaints about the competition will be final.
XIX. FINAL NOTES
1. The final closing of the start list will occur 5 days before the competition.
2. The organizer has liability insurance. During the competition, the organizer provides medical assistance.
3. The cycling competition is held on open public roads. Participants are required to comply with and adapt to traffic laws.
4. In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as floods, storms, hail, hurricanes, heavy rain, thunderstorms, snowstorms, etc., the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule it for another date or change the competition format.
5. Participants compete solely at their own risk and bear the associated risks. All Participants acknowledge that participation in the competition involves physical exertion and carries natural risks and dangers of accidents, the possibility of bodily injuries, and physical trauma (including death), as well as property damage and loss.
6. The medical team may at any time prohibit the continuation of the competition.
7. Competitors are obliged to adhere to general social rules, particularly to strictly follow the rules applicable in State Forests, National Parks, such as, among others, not leaving designated paths, not littering, and not shouting.
8. Upon signals of non-compliance with the rules, the competitor will be disqualified and penalized according to the regulations governed by the relevant law.
9. Matters not covered by the regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.
10. The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the Organizer.
