VI. DISTANCE AND ROUTE
1. Gravel Triathlon Zbiczno will take place over the following distances in this order:

a) Swimming - 1000 m
b) Gravel – 76 km / 700 m elevation
c) Trail – 13 km
DISTANCE SGT45
a) Swimming - 500 m
b) Gravel - 38 km / 350 m elevation
c) Trail – 7 km
DISTANCE GT90
a) Gravel - 76 km / 700 m elevation
b) Trail – 13 km
DISTANCE GT45
a) Gravel - 38 km / 350 m elevation
b) Trail – 7 km
2. The cycling route will take place with open road traffic. MTB bikes are also allowed.
3. Competitors must adhere to the Traffic Rules. Each competitor must wear a protective helmet.
4. The running route for both distances is mostly on forest paths, technically not difficult. Mostly following marked trails. Competitors are obliged to familiarize themselves with the route. Competitors will have the option to download the GPS track. The route will be marked at the most critical points. GPS route measurement. Competitors must comply with the rules of using the Landscape Park.
5. Competitors on the running and cycling routes must be equipped with:
a/ Mobile phone (with roaming) with an ICE contact!!!
b/ Start number
6. Time limit for completing the competition: 4 and 6 hours
7. Technical assistance is allowed during the cycling segment.
8. If the water temperature is below 14 degrees, the competition will take place in the Gravel&Trail convention.
VII. COMPETITION OFFICE
1. The competition office will be located according to the organizer's announcement.
2. The competition office will be open the day before the competition from 18:00 – 19:00 and on the competition day from 8:30 - 10:00.

VIII. REFRESHMENT POINTS
1. The buffet will be located at the start of the running route and after the first cycling loop for the GT90 distance. The buffet will offer: water, isotonic drinks, bananas, raisins.
IX. PORTABLE TOILETS
1. Toilets will be available at the start location.
X. TIME MEASUREMENT
1. Electronic time measurement will be conducted via a mobile app. Time will be provided live.
XI. GENERAL CLASSIFICATION
1. Classifications for women and men will be awarded for places 1 – 10 in the general classification.
XII. PRIZES
1. The first three male and female competitors will receive commemorative trophies and material prizes.
2. Competitors in places 4 – 6 will receive trophies. Depending on financial possibilities, material prizes will be provided.
3. Every competitor who finishes the competition will receive a commemorative medal.
XIII. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Individuals may participate in the competition who, by the start date at the latest, are at least 18 years old and present their ID with a photo and sign a statement of participation at their own will and risk.
XIV. ENTRIES
1. Entries for the competition will only be accepted via the official website after registering for the athlete panel on the organizer's site.
2. The deadline for payment of the entry fee is 7 days from the date of sending the entry form. After this period, the entry will be canceled.
3. After filling out the entry form and paying the entry fee, the athlete will be placed on the start list.
4. The date of entry is determined by the date of payment of the entry fee. All costs of the entry fee payment are covered by the payer.
5. Entries will be accepted until 14 days before the start date; after this deadline, adding to the start or reserve list online will not be possible.
XV. ENTRY FEES
1. The following entry fees are established for the competition:
SGT90 DISTANCE:
- Until February 28 – 200 PLN
- Until March 31 – 250 PLN
- Until May 7 – 300 PLN
SGT45 DISTANCE:
- Until February 28 – 200 PLN
- Until March 31 – 250 PLN
- Until May 7 – 300 PLN
GT90 DISTANCE:
- Until February 28 – 200 PLN
- Until March 31 – 250 PLN
- Until May 7 – 300 PLN
GT45 DISTANCE:
- Until February 28 – 150 PLN
- Until March 31 – 200 PLN
- Until May 7 – 250 PLN
2. The organizer establishes a limit of 200 competitors..
3. The payment deadline is understood as the date the transfer arrives in the organizer's account. Registration takes place via the organizer's website.
4. Payments made by traditional transfer should be directed to the account: KAPF Daniel Wójcik; ul. Morcinka 13a/5; 40-124 Katowice; MBANK 08 1140 2004 0000 3602 4435 6602. The title of the transfer should include "surname and name, entry fee Zbiczno Gravel Triathlon".
5. If a competitor withdraws from participation in the competition, the organizer will refund the entry fee reduced by 50% and any discount differences, provided that this occurs 30 days before the competition date.
6. The organizer issues VAT invoices only upon request within 7 days from the date of recording the entry fee in the account.
7. By registering for the competition, the competitor declares that they consent to the issuance and electronic sending of the invoice by KAPF representing the Holistix Group in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 17, 2010, on the electronic transmission of invoices, the principles of their storage, and the procedure for making them available to the tax authority or tax control authority (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661).

XVII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Personal data of the competition participants will be processed for the purpose of conducting the event, determining the winner, and awarding, issuing, receiving, and settling prizes. 2. Personal data of the competition participants will be used in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926). The data controller is the Organizer. 3. The processing of data referred to in paragraph 1 of this section in connection with participation in the competition also includes the publication of the participant's name and surname along with the name of the locality in which they reside – in any manner in which the project will be published or disseminated. 4. The participant has the right to access their personal data and to correct it. 5. Providing personal data and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but failure to provide it or lack of consent for its processing precludes participation in the competition. By submitting to the Organizer a correctly completed and signed registration form, the participant consents to and allows the use of the personal data provided by them for the purposes of sending information about future events, commercial products, as well as for internal administrative and analytical needs, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 33, item 883. The participant has the right to withdraw such consent and can do so at any time by directing correspondence to the Organizer's address. 6. All information regarding participants obtained by the Organizer and contained in the entry form will be stored electronically and will in every case be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883. The Organizer will not disclose this information to any third parties.
XVIII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
1. Complaints regarding matters related to the competition must be submitted in writing with justification to the contractor at the address: Holistix Group, ul. Morcinka 13a/5, 40-124 Katowice, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the event – either directly or by registered mail (the date of the postal stamp is decisive).
2. The organizer will consider complaints regarding the competition within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
3. The Organizer's decision regarding complaints about the competition will be final.
XIX. FINAL REMARKS
1. The final closure of the start list will occur 5 days before the competition.
2. The organizer has liability insurance. During the competition, the organizer provides medical assistance.
3. The cycling competition is conducted in open street traffic. The participant is obliged to comply with and adapt to the Road Traffic Law.
4. In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as floods, storms, hail, hurricanes, heavy rain, thunderstorms, snowstorms, etc., the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule it for another date or change the format of the competition.
5. The participant competes solely at their own risk and assumes the associated risks. All participants acknowledge that participation in the competition involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks and dangers of accidents, the possibility of bodily injury and physical trauma (including death), as well as property damage and losses.
6. The medical team can prohibit the continuation of the competition at any time.
7. Competitors are obliged to adhere to general social rules, particularly to strictly follow the regulations applicable in the State Forests, National Parks, such as not leaving designated paths, not littering, and not shouting.
8. Upon signals of non-compliance with the rules, the competitor will be disqualified and subjected to penalties according to the rules regulated by the appropriate statute.
9. Matters not covered by the regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.
10. The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the Organizer.
