VI. DISTANCE AND ROUTE
1. The Gravel Triathlon Nowy Sztynort will take place over the following distances in this order:
DISTANCE GM280
a) Gravel - 288 km / 1840 m elevation
Distance SGT70
a) Swimming - 1000 m
b) Gravel - 57 km
c) Trail - 10 km
DISTANCE SGT35
a) Swimming - 500 m
b) Gravel - 28 km
c) Trail - 6 km
2. The cycling route will take place with open road traffic. MTB bikes are also allowed.
3. Competitors must comply with the Traffic Rules. Each competitor must wear a protective helmet.
4. The running route for both running distances is mostly on forest paths, technically not difficult. Mostly following a trail. The competitor is obliged to familiarize themselves with the route. Competitors will have the opportunity to upload a GPS track. The route will be marked at the most critical points. GPS route measurement. The competitor is obliged to follow the rules of using the Landscape Park.
5. Competitors on the running and cycling routes are required to be equipped with:
a/ Mobile phone (with roaming) with ICE contact!!!

6. Time limit for completing the competition:
GM280 - 36 hours
SGT35 - 3.5 hours
SGT70 - 7 hours
7. Technical assistance is allowed during the cycling section.
VII. COMPETITION OFFICE
1. The competition office will be located according to the organizer's announcement.
2. The competition office will be open the day before the event from 18:00 to 19:00 and on the day of the event from 8:30 to 09:30.

VIII. REFRESHMENT POINTS
1. The buffet will be located at the start of the running route and after the cycling loop. The buffet will include: water, isotonic drink, bananas, raisins.
IX. PORTABLE TOILETS
1. Toilets will be available at the start location.
X. TIME MEASUREMENT
1. Electronic time measurement will be conducted via a mobile app. Time will be reported live.
XI. GENERAL CLASSIFICATION
1. Classifications for women and men will be awarded for places 1 - 10 in the general classification.
XII. PRIZES
1. The first three male and female competitors will receive commemorative trophies and prizes.
2. Competitors in places 4 - 10 will receive trophies. Material prizes will be funded as financial resources allow.
3. Every participant who finishes the competition will receive a commemorative medal (distance SGT35, SGT70). Each person who completes the Gravel Mazury 280 distance will receive a souvenir statuette.
XIII. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. Participants must be at least 18 years old by the date of the event and present a valid ID with a photo, as well as sign a statement of voluntary participation at their own risk.
XIV. REGISTRATION
1. Registration for the competition will only be accepted through the official website after registering in the athlete panel on the site.www.plxtri.com
2. The deadline for payment of the entry fee is 7 days from the date of sending the registration form. After this period, the registration will be canceled.
3. After completing the registration form and paying the entry fee, the athlete will be added to the start list.
4. The date of registration is determined by the date of the entry fee payment. All costs of the entry fee payment are covered by the payer.
5. Registrations will be accepted until 14 days before the start date; after this deadline, adding to the start or reserve list online will not be possible.
XV. ENTRY FEES
1. The following entry fees are established for the competition:
DISTANCE SGT70:
- Until March 31 – 200 PLN
- Until April 30 – 250 PLN
- Until June 21 – 300 PLN
DISTANCE SGT35:
- Until March 31 – 150 PLN
- Until April 30 – 200 PLN
- Until June 21 – 250 PLN
DISTANCE GM280:
- Until March 31 – 250 PLN
- Until April 30 – 350 PLN
- Until June 21 – 450 PLN
2. The organizer sets a limit of 350 participants.
3. The payment deadline is understood as the date the transfer arrives in the organizer's account. Registration is done through the organizer's website www.polandextremetriathlon.pl.
4. Payments made by traditional transfer should be directed to the account: KAPF Daniel Wójcik; ul. Morcinka 13a/5; 40-124 Katowice; MBANK 08 1140 2004 0000 3602 4435 6602. The transfer title should include "surname and name, entry fee Gravel Triathlon Nowy Sztynort".
5. If a participant withdraws from the competition, the organizer will refund the entry fee minus 50% and any discount differences, provided this occurs 30 days before the competition date.
6. The organizer issues VAT invoices only upon request within 7 days from the date of the entry fee being credited to the account.
7. By registering for the competition, the participant agrees to the issuance and electronic sending of the invoice by KAPF representing Holistix Group in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 17, 2010, on the electronic transmission of invoices, their storage rules, and the procedure for making them available to the tax authority or the tax control authority (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661).
XVI. RESULTS

XVII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. Personal data of the participants in the competition will be processed for the purpose of conducting the event, selecting the winner, and granting, issuing, receiving, and settling the prize. 2. The personal data of the participants in the competition will be used in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926). The data controller is the Organizer. 3. The processing of data referred to in paragraph 1 of this section in connection with participation in the competition also includes the publication of the participant's first and last name along with the name of the town where they reside - in any manner in which the project will be published or disseminated. 4. The participant has the right to access their personal data and to correct it. 5. Providing personal data and consenting to its processing is voluntary, but failure to provide it or lack of consent for its processing prevents participation in the competition. By submitting to the Organizer a correctly filled out and signed registration form, the participant expresses consent and allows the use of the personal data provided by them for the purpose of sending information about future events, commercial products, as well as for internal administrative and analytical needs, in accordance with the Act on the protection of personal data of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 33, item 883. The participant has the right to withdraw such consent and may do so at any time by sending correspondence to the Organizer's address. 6. All information regarding participants obtained by the Organizer and contained in the entry form will be recorded electronically and in any case will be used in accordance with the Act on the protection of personal data of August 29, 1997, Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883. The Organizer will not disclose this information to any third parties.
XVIII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
1. Complaints regarding matters related to the competition should be submitted in writing along with justification to the contractor at the address: Holistix Group, ul. Morcinka 13a/5 40-124 Katowice, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the event – either directly or by registered mail (the date of the postmark is decisive).
2. The Organizer will consider complaints regarding the competition within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt.
3. The Organizer's decision regarding complaints related to the competition will be final.
XIX. FINAL REMARKS
1. The final closure of the entry list will occur 5 days before the competition.
2. The Organizer has liability insurance. During the competition, the Organizer provides medical assistance.
3. The cycling competition is conducted on open public roads. The participant is obliged to comply with and adapt to traffic laws.
4. In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as floods, storms, hail, hurricanes, heavy rain, thunderstorms, snowstorms, etc., the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event and postpone it to another date or change the format of the competition.
5. The participant competes solely at their own risk and assumes all associated risks. All participants acknowledge that participation in the competition involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks and dangers of accidents, the possibility of bodily injury and physical harm (including death), as well as property damage and losses.
6. The medical team may prohibit continuing the competition at any time.
7. Participants are required to adhere to general social rules, particularly to strictly follow the rules applicable in State Forests, National Parks, such as, among others, not leaving designated trails, not littering, and not shouting.
8. Upon signals of non-compliance with the rules, the participant will be disqualified and penalized according to the rules governed by the appropriate legislation.
9. Matters not covered by the regulations will be resolved by the Organizer.
10. The final interpretation of the regulations belongs to the Organizer.
