VI. DISTANCE AND ROUTE
The Poland Ultra Triathlon will be contested over the following distances:
a) Swimming
b) Cycling
c) Mountain Run
The swimming segment will be held over the distance specified earlier in the announcement.
The cycling segment will be in the non-drafting format. Time trial bikes and any type of road bikes are allowed. The cycling route will take place on public roads.
Competitors must strictly comply with the Road Traffic Regulations. Every competitor must wear a protective helmet.
Competitors on the running segment are required to be equipped with:a) A mobile phone (with roaming) including an ICE contact!b) An identity cardc) Their race numberd) A windbreaker with long sleevese) A water container of at least 1 literf) A GPS transmitter (provided by the organizer)
The overall time limit for completing the event (PUT) is 4 days.
Daily time limit: 15 hours
Technical assistance is allowed during both the cycling and running segments.

XIII. REGISTRATION
Registrations for the event will only be accepted via the official website after registering in the competitor panel at www.plxtri.com.
The entry fee must be settled within 7 days from the date the registration form is submitted. After this period, the registration will be canceled.
Once the registration form is completed and the entry fee paid, the competitor will be placed on the starting list.
The registration date is determined by the date the entry fee is received. All costs associated with the entry fee payment are borne by the person making the payment.
Registrations will be accepted up to 14 days before the start date. After this period, adding names to the starting or reserve list online will not be possible.

XV. ENTRY FEES
The following entry fee amounts are set for the event:

The organizer sets a limit of 20 competitors.
The payment deadline is understood as the date on which the transfer is received in the organizer’s account. Registration is conducted through the organizer’s website www.plxtri.com.
Payments following a competitor’s acceptance are to be made by a traditional bank transfer. The transfer should be directed to the account: Holistix Events, MBANK 08 1140 2004 0000 3602 4435 6602. The transfer title should include “surname and first name, PUT entry fee, distance.”
If a competitor withdraws from the event, the organizer will refund the entry fee paid, reduced by 50% and any applicable discount differences, provided that the withdrawal takes place at least 30 days before the event. The organizer may transfer the competitor’s start to another event.
The organizer issues VAT invoices exclusively upon request within 7 days from the date the entry fee is credited to the account.
By submitting a registration for the event, the competitor declares that they consent to the issuance and transmission of an invoice in electronic form by the company KAPF representing Holistix Sports Group, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated December 17, 2010, regarding the transmission of invoices in electronic form, the rules of their storage, and the procedure for making them available to the tax authority or tax inspection authority (Journal of Laws No. 249, item 1661).

XVII. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data of the event participants will be processed for the purposes of conducting the event, selecting the winner, and awarding, issuing, collecting, and settling the prize.
The personal data of the event participants will be used in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926). The organizer is the data controller.
The processing of the data referred to in paragraph 1 in connection with participation in the event also includes the publication of the participant’s first and last name together with the name of their town of residence – in any manner in which the project will be published or disseminated.
The participant has the right to access and correct their personal data.
Providing personal data and giving consent to its processing is voluntary, but failure to provide such data or a lack of consent will prevent participation in the event. By submitting a properly completed and signed registration form to the organizer, the participant consents to and authorizes the use of the provided data for the purpose of sending the participant information about future events, commercial products, and for internal administrative and analytical needs, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 883). The participant has the right to withdraw such consent at any time by sending correspondence to the organizer.
All information regarding the participants obtained by the organizer and contained in the registration form will be recorded electronically and, in any case, will be used in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883). The organizer will not disclose this information to any third parties.
XVIII. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
Complaints regarding issues related to the event should be submitted in writing with justification to the executor at the following address: Holistix Sports Group, ul. Morcinka 13a/5, 40-124 Katowice, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the event – either directly or by registered mail (the date of the postal stamp shall be decisive).
Complaints regarding the event will be reviewed by the organizer within 30 (thirty) days from the day they are received.
The organizer’s decision regarding complaints related to the event shall be final.
XIX. FINAL REMARKS
The final closure of the start list will occur on July 31, 2025.
The organizer holds liability insurance.
The cycling competition is conducted on public roads. Competitors are obligated to comply with and adapt to the Road Traffic Act.
In the event of unforeseen natural disasters such as floods, storms, hail, hurricanes, heavy rain, thunderstorms with lightning, etc., the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event and reschedule it for another date or change the event format.
The participant competes at their own risk and assumes all associated risks. All participants acknowledge that taking part in the event involves physical exertion and entails a natural risk of accidents, the possibility of bodily injury and physical trauma (including death), as well as property damage and financial losses.
The organizer may, at any time, prohibit the continuation of the event if it is deemed that proceeding along the route poses a risk to the competitor’s health.
Competitors are required to adhere to general social rules, in particular to strictly observe the rules in force on the event premises, such as not straying from designated paths, not littering, and not shouting.
If a competitor is found not complying with the rules, they will be disqualified and penalized in accordance with the rules applicable in that area.
In the event of extremely poor weather conditions, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the start day by 1 day and shorten the final running segment.
Matters not covered by the regulations will be decided by the organizer.
The final interpretation of the regulations is at the discretion of the organizer.
